Lngredients
1 pack chocolate biscuit ( 45g)
3 egg white
1 pack cream powder
4 tablespoon sweeted cocoa powder
1 cup icing water
1/3 cup grated chocolate
Preparation
Add icing water to the cream
Powder , using electric beaters
Beat until soft peaks from , refrigerate
But white egg in bowl , beat by using
Electric beaters until soft peaks form ,
Gradually add whipped cream and
Cocoa powder and beat for 2 minutes .
Pour chocolate mousse in ice cream
Glasses spread 1 teblespoon grated
Chocolate and immerse 1 chocolate
Biscuit.
