Cookis with pistachio
Lngredients
Dough
3 cup plain flour
1 cup custard sugar
1 cup ghee
1/4 cup liquid milk
Flling
1 cup chopped pistachio
2 teblespoon custard sugar
1 tablespoon rose water
extra custard sugar for coating
preparation
sift flour with sugar , add to ghee.
Mixwell, gradually add milk and
Rose water, knead until smooth ,
Over stand for 1 hour .
Mix filling ingredients together.
Divide dough into balls
( walnuts size )
Fill with 1 tespoon filling . shape on
Biscuit mould . arrange onto oven
Proof try , bake until golden bottom
Cool for 15 minutes .
Coat cookies with custard sugar .
